Step 1: Understanding the demands of the corporate or startup world. We conduct surveys with over 100 recruiters to identify gaps in freshers' skill sets.
Step 2: Implementing our three-step training process to assist students in bridging the gaps and preparing them to be industry-ready.
Step 3: Encouraging students to pursue internships, both within our institution and externally, after all we believe that on-site job experience is essential for preparing students for final placements.
Step 4: Collaborating with companies in tandem with our three-step training plan and offering extensive preparation opportunities for students ahead of group discussions or interviews, to ensure they receive multiple offers to choose from and secure higher CTCs.

RBMI organized its 14th Placement fair on 4th of May, 2019. This season saw a healthy mix of companies from different sectors such as FMCG, E-Commerce , Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals recruiting for their different functions like Technical, HR, Operations, sales and marketing etc . Companies offered pre-placement interviews to the students based on their outstanding performance. 45+ companies offered 290+ jobs at RBMI campus.
In this placement fair about 2500 students from Dehradun, Haldwani, Moradabad, Rampur, Saharanpur, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Noida, Shahjahanpur, Sitapur, Lakhimpur, Lucknow, Banaras, Jaunpur etc. have participated. 290+ students got selected from these cities and majority of students got selected from Rakshpal Bahadur Group of Institutions.
RBMI reinforced its position as one of the premier college in northern India as it successfully completed its placement fair once again in the year 2019.
