There are two Pharmaceutical Research Labs with a separate preparation room. The labs have all the modern machines. The lab includes the preparation of drug product using traditional approaches (mortar and pestle, spatula and slab) as well as modern technology. Basic equipments include water bath, hot plate, magnetic stirrer, oven, electronic balance and vortex.

More sophisticated equipments (optical microscope, sieve shaker, planetary mixer, homogenizer, tablet press, polishing pan, hardness tester (also measures the thickness and diameter of the tablet), friabilitor, Dissolution apparatus, disintegration apparatus are also available.

The department of pharmaceutical Analysis has central instrumentation room, which is well equipped with sophisticate instrument like Double beam UV-Spectrophotometer, Karl Fisher, Flame photometer, Kjeldahl apparatus, and Potentiometer and conductivity meter. The lab also hosts various instruments like refractometer, polarimeter, viscometer, microwave & hot air oven.

Besides, the college has two pharmaceutical chemistry labs with a separate balance room equipped with sophisticated balances and a separate store having necessary glassware and chemicals.
